Verne strikes 10MW deal with Nebius to further expand Europe’s AI capacity

Verne says that Nebius, a number one world AI infrastructure supplier, shall be colocating a cluster of NVIDIA H200 GPUs at Verne’s knowledge heart campus in Iceland. This collaboration marks the most important single implementation in Verne Iceland’s historical past, with Nebius deploying a 10MW cluster.

This set up is a part of Nebius’ bold build-out of AI infrastructure throughout the US and Europe, supporting its mission to offer scalable, energy-efficient options for intensive AI workloads. As certainly one of Europe’s main suppliers of GPU capability, Nebius chosen Verne for its confirmed experience, renewable energy-driven operations, and talent to satisfy exact technical and geographical necessities.

Verne’s Icelandic facility, uniquely situated on a former NATO base and powered fully by Iceland’s 100% renewable hydroelectric and geothermal vitality sources, aligns completely with Nebius’ strategy to adopting sustainability rules in its infrastructure whereas delivering top-tier efficiency.
