Volantis, a San Mateo, CA-based semiconductor startup constructing photonically built-in computer systems, raised $9M in Seed funding.

Backers included Alex Wang and Trevor Blackwell.

The corporate intends to make use of the funds to proceed refining its chip structure, develop its world-class engineering group, and start early buyer engagements.

Based in 2022 by CEO Tapa Ghosh, Volantis is an organization creating a photonic compute structure.
