Headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin, OneNeck gives safe hybrid IT and multi-cloud options via knowledge facilities in six Western and Midwestern states. Serving greater than 1,000 clients throughout 45 states, OneNeck caters to sectors together with banking, schooling, engineering, meals and beverage, authorities, healthcare, manufacturing, and retail.

Headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, US Sign gives knowledge middle, connectivity, cloud internet hosting, colocation, knowledge safety, and catastrophe restoration providers to regional enterprise clients and enormous nationwide telecommunications carriers. It operates a 9,500-route mile fiber community and has 9 knowledge facilities throughout Michigan, Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.

The acquisition will:

· Improve the variety of US Sign knowledge facilities from 9 to fifteen, quadrupling sq. footage

· Lengthen US Sign’s footprint to the West Coast with the addition of Phoenix, Arizona; Denver, Colorado; and Bend, Oregon knowledge facilities

· Add OneNeck’s Madison, Wisconsin; Minneapolis, Minnesota; and Des Moines, Iowa markets to US Sign’s fiber community

· Greater than triple industrial energy below administration
