Howard Pheby appointed as Chief Commercial Officer at Stellanor

Stellanor, a UK and Nordic city datacenter firm backed by DWS, has appointed Howard Pheby as Chief Industrial Officer to assist its ongoing enlargement within the UK.

Pheby brings greater than 30 years of expertise within the knowledge centre business throughout Europe, the Center East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, with experience in hyperscale, wholesale, and retail colocation markets.

Michael Tobin, Chair of Stellanor’s Board, famous that Pheby’s appointment aligns with the corporate’s plan to increase its services from two to 10 and strengthen its business operations alongside its city infrastructure capabilities.

Pheby joins Stellanor from Pure Knowledge Centres Group, the place he was Enterprise Growth Director for the UK, Europe, and Center East. He has additionally held senior business roles at Telehouse Europe, Rack Centre, and COLT Telecom.

Commenting on his new function, Pheby highlighted the corporate’s progress over six months and mentioned he goals to assist the combination of its infrastructure enlargement with business operations.

Howard Pheby, Chief Industrial Officer of Stellanor, mentioned: “This Stellanor staff has intensive expertise in constructing, integrating, and scaling datacenter platforms. I am right here to assist flip that infrastructure momentum into business success.”

Stellanor’s enlargement started with two services acquired from Colt Expertise Providers in September 2025, adopted by eight extra UK datacenters from Redcentric. The corporate now operates ten services with a mixed grid capability of 36 MVA.

Pheby will lead gross sales, enterprise improvement, and buyer success throughout Stellanor’s UK platform. Stellanor’s strategy focuses on offering city colocation to enterprises, supporting hybrid cloud methods and AI infrastructure necessities.
