TES Power elevates Michael Beagan to Managing Director

TES Energy has made a big announcement with the promotion of Michael Beagan to the position of Managing Director. Recognised for his excellent management and dedication to operational excellence, Beagan will steer the enterprise because it scales in key world markets, specializing in areas equivalent to information centres and demanding energy.

Beagan brings a wealth of expertise to the desk, having spent over three a long time within the electrical and energy options trade. He started his profession as {an electrical} apprentice in 1993, progressively taking up technical, operational, and management roles. All through his profession, he has collaborated with a number of main infrastructure organisations. His experience and hands-on method have constantly fostered the event of superior manufacturing capabilities, main growth programmes, and the institution of latest manufacturing amenities to cater to world demand in each information centres and power markets.

Michael joined TES Energy in 2022 as Basic Supervisor of the corporate’s intensive Knowledge Centre Campus in Ballykelly. Throughout his tenure, he has spearheaded a complete web site transformation, together with full refurbishments and the introduction of recent manufacturing processes. The power now thrives as a centre of excellence for switchgear and the off-site manufacturing of modular electrical rooms, underpinning TES Energy’s growth in high-demand markets.

As the brand new Managing Director, Beagan is tasked with cementing TES Energy’s stature as a dependable supplier of future-ready energy options. His strategic priorities embody increasing TES Energy’s world footprint, investing in superior manufacturing, and nurturing a tradition that emphasises integrity, security, and steady enchancment.

Michael is eager on leveraging his expertise: “Having began my profession as an apprentice, I do know first-hand the significance of investing in individuals, growing expertise and constructing groups that may ship constantly for patrons. Over the previous few years, we have remodeled our Knowledge Centre Campus into a contemporary, extremely succesful manufacturing hub that’s supporting important information centre and energy infrastructure initiatives all over the world. My focus is to construct on that momentum – persevering with to reinforce our capabilities, to make sure TES Energy stays a companion of alternative for shoppers who want dependable, modern and future-ready energy options.”
