T-Systems announces new cloud region in Spain

T-Techniques has established a brand new personal cloud area in Barcelona, Spain.

The brand new area is supported by two Tier-III information centres in Sant Boi and Cerdanyola del Vallès.

The corporate, which is a part of Deutsche Telekom, already has services situated in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and the USA.

T-Techniques CEO and Deutsche Telekom Board Member Ferri Abolhassan mentioned, “This new cloud area is an indication of T-Techniques’ robust dedication to growing a sturdy and high-quality expertise infrastructure that can assist digitalization and the European information economic system for years to come back.”

“This area positions us as a key participant throughout the group for the event of Cloud providers and consolidates our place as one of many main suppliers in Spain,” added Osmar Polo, managing director of T-Techniques Iberia.
