Squirro, a Zurich, Switzerland-based supplier of a SaaS platform specializing in enterprise-ready generative AI, search, and enterprise insights, acquired Synaptica, a US-based SaaS supplier of enterprise taxonomy administration and data graph techniques.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

This strategic acquisition integrates Synaptica’s semantic graph know-how with Squirro’s generative AI capabilities, making a platform for data discovery, conversational search, and enterprise course of automation.

Synaptica is a US-based SaaS supplier specializing in enterprise taxonomy administration and data graph techniques. Its options allow organizations to handle and leverage their data property, enhancing data retrieval and enterprise course of automation. 

Led by CEO Dorien Selz, Squirro is a world SaaS supplier providing enterprise-ready generative AI, search, enterprise insights and automation options. It goals to empower organizations with the instruments they should harness the complete potential of their information via superior AI applied sciences.
