Antin Infrastructure Partners acquires NorthC Datacenters

Antin Infrastructure Companions has accomplished its acquisition of NorthC Datacenters, a knowledge centre platform in Northwest Europe, from DWS and different minority stakeholders. Headquartered in Amsterdam, NorthC operates a community of 25 knowledge centres positioned in key metropolitan areas throughout The Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland.

The NorthC platform has over 140 MW of secured gross grid capability throughout current services and greenfield developments. Below DWS possession, NorthC expanded from 10 to 25 services, serving shoppers throughout a number of industries, together with public and semi-public organisations.

Below Antin’s possession, NorthC plans additional enlargement, with new knowledge centres scheduled to start development this yr in Frankfurt, Basel, and Geneva.

Alexandra Schless, NorthC’s CEO, famous the expansion achieved underneath DWS and highlighted plans to develop the platform additional within the Benelux and DACH areas, responding to demand for AI inference workloads and enterprise digital transformation.
