The acquisition will improve Siemens’ PCB design portfolio and increase its presence within the electronics small and medium-sized enterprise (SMB) market.
Based in 2002, DownStream Applied sciences is a supplier of producing options for manufacturing knowledge evaluation and processing, and documenting PCB designs. Its CAM350 suite of instruments permits clients to visualise, confirm and robotically put together PCB design knowledge for fabrication.
Led by CEO Mike Ellow, Siemens Digital Industries Software program permits organizations of all sizes to digitally rework utilizing software program, {hardware} and providers from the Siemens Xcelerator enterprise platform.
