Shield AI and Parry Labs have agreed to a MoU working collectively to combine Protect AI’s Hivemind software program with Parry Labs’ STRATIA software program and edge-compute {hardware}.
The businesses’ partnership is concentrated on accelerating the supply of next-generation autonomy and edge computing to warfighters by permitting a transparent concentrate on important duties, rushing selections, and constructing resilience for operations in degrading or denied environments.
The collaboration is congruent with the Autonomy-Enabled Ground Reference Architecture (A-GRA), and emphasizes scalable, open and interoperable mission autonomy for U.S. providers and its allies.
“Integrating Hivemind with Parry Labs’ digital-engineering and edge-infrastructure capabilities permits us to ship mission autonomy to new platforms quicker,” says Tom Schaefer, vp of Hivemind Engineering at Protect AI. “This partnership expands the attain of our autonomy structure throughout providers and missions, offering operators with a trusted, interoperable basis for operations in GPS- and comms-denied environments.”
The built-in applied sciences are designed to drive mission autonomy in GPS and communication-denied environments.
