ServiceNow has introduced a collaboration with Anthropic to reinforce its AI-powered workflows by integrating the Claude mannequin. This initiative is geared toward enhancing enterprise utility growth, notably in healthcare and life sciences.

On the coronary heart of this collaboration is Claude, a mannequin embedded inside the ServiceNow AI Platform.
