Peak Technology Acquires Jinxbot

Peak Technology, a San Jose, CA-based supplier of prototyping and manufacturing options for the semiconductor, bio-medical, aerospace, and deep tech industries, acquired Jinxbot 3D Printing, a Mountain View, CA-based additive manufacturing firm.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Peak Know-how will increase its choices.

Based by Jason Reynolds, Jinxbot is an additive manufacturing and design firm specializing in short-run 3D printing, inventive fabrication, and technical consulting.

Led by CEO and Founder Sharon Woo, Peak Know-how is a complicated prototype and manufacturing options firm specializing in extremely technical plastics and different engineered supplies. It gives companies to OEMs worldwide, together with:

  • Supplies science and choice.
  • Design for manufacturing, new product introduction and manufacturing methods engineering.
  • Additive and subtractive part manufacturing.
  • Modular manufacturing, system integration and course of automation.
  • Spares, repairs and refurbishing.
