OpenGov Acquires Ignatius

OpenGov, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-enabled software program supplier for native and state governments, acquired Ignatius, a Newport, RI-based supplier of a dynamic low-code platform.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, OpenGov will speed up its help of public directors tackling advanced initiatives with configurable software program.

Based by Mark Della Volpe, Ignatius gives state and native businesses with options for grants administration, catastrophe preparedness and restoration, infrastructure banking and mortgage compliance, scholarship monitoring, broadband funding, and different federal and state program administration. Mark Della Volpe, founding father of Ignatius, will lead the development of this product line, and Graeme Ownjazayeri, COO of Ignatius, will oversee its answer structure, accomplice community, and buyer success.

Led by CEO Zac Bookman, OpenGov gives an AI-enabled software program for cities, counties, state businesses, and particular districts. It serves greater than 2,000 communities throughout the USA. It’s constructed solely for the asset administration, allowing and licensing, procurement, tax and income, budgeting and planning, and monetary administration wants of the general public sector. The platform empowers organizations to function extra effectively, adapt to vary, and strengthen belief within the communities they serve.
