OpenGov, a San Francisco, CA-based AI-enabled software program supplier for native and state governments, acquired Ignatius, a Newport, RI-based supplier of a dynamic low-code platform.
The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, OpenGov will speed up its help of public directors tackling advanced initiatives with configurable software program.
Based by Mark Della Volpe, Ignatius gives state and native businesses with options for grants administration, catastrophe preparedness and restoration, infrastructure banking and mortgage compliance, scholarship monitoring, broadband funding, and different federal and state program administration.
