The brand new information centre will occupy a 2,500 m² space within the preliminary growth stage, offering 6 MVA of energy. Dedicated to sustainability, the ability will utilise 100% renewable power, with inexperienced diesel powering backup techniques, aligning with NorthC’s purpose of local weather neutrality by 2030. Moreover, the design will incorporate waste warmth restoration for residential heating.
