nLighten acquires seven edge data centers from EXA Infrastructure to expand into Europe

nLighten, an organization specializing in digital infrastructure and edge knowledge middle growth, has strategically expanded its presence within the European market by buying seven edge knowledge facilities from EXA Infrastructure. This has resulted in a rise in nLighten’s whole variety of edge knowledge facilities to 34 in Europe.

This acquisition not solely strengthens nLighten’s current presence in France, the UK, and the Netherlands but additionally opens up new markets in Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain. By diversifying its portfolio, nLighten is supplied to serve purchasers throughout numerous geographical places, lowering its dependency on any single market.

EXA Infrastructure says that the sale of those knowledge facilities will enable them to give attention to their core competencies, significantly their terrestrial and subsea fiber community. “The sale permits EXA Infrastructure to solely give attention to constructing and working the mission-critical community infrastructure that allows our prospects’ development,” provides Nick Collins, chief business officer at EXA Infrastructure.
