Naked Energy Raises £17M in Series B First Close

Naked Energy, a Crawley, UK-based photo voltaic warmth and energy startup, raised £17M in Collection B first closed.

The spherical was led by E.ON Power Infrastructure Options (E.ON EIS), supported by co-investment from current investor Barclays via Sustainable Influence Capital.

The corporate intends to make use of the funds to broaden operations and its growth efforts.

Led by CEO Christophe Williams, Bare Power offers Virtu photo voltaic collectors which have a modular design and excessive power density photo voltaic know-how. It combines engineering, innovation and sustainability to decarbonise warmth and energy within the constructed surroundings.

VirtuHOT and VirtuPVT can present off-grid options, addressing excessive sizzling water and electrical energy demand for accommodations, residential developments/ residences, leisure centres, F&B manufacturing, and hospitals.

E.ON EIS is a part of the E.ON Group, one among Europe’s largest operators of power networks and infrastructure, and a strategic accomplice to Bare Power. The partnership was initiated by E.ON Group Innovation via the worldwide accelerator programme Free Electrons, during which E.ON’s innovation group recognized the superior Bare Power know-how.

The strategic partnership was based in October 2023 and allows the companions to repeatedly broaden the collaboration and scale the answer.
