Lower, a Columbus, OH-based digital mortgage lender, acquired Neat Labs, an organization offering end-to-end mortgage origination software program.

The quantity fo the deal was not disclosed.

Decrease will combine Neat Labs’ proprietary software program into LowerOS, a complete, cloud-based mortgage platform designed to ship a borrower expertise and cut back the time and price to provide a mortgage.

Based in 2015, Neat Labs developed a platform that streamlines the mortgage course of from pricing to mortgage approval and shutting. It originated over $1 Billion in loans, taking debtors from software to funding in as little as 10 days.

Led by CEO Dan Snyder, Decrease is a digital mortgage lender that meets clients each on-line via its web site, and offline although its distributed retail branches.
