zvoove Buys Planbition

zvoove, a Lohne, Germany-based software provider for the temporary staffing and cleaning industries in Europe, acquired Planbition, a Nijmegen, the Netherlands-based provider of a flexible workforce management solution.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, zvoove will further cement its commitment to offering solutions to the temporary staffing industry.

Led by CEO Paul van den Bosch, Planbition provides a platform for managing both their internal and external workforce. Customers use it for planning and scheduling, time registration, as well as employee and customer self-service. The software connects with any other ERP, payroll, and invoice platforms via standard APIs and interfaces. Customers include YoungCapital, Olympia, Timing, Actief Werkt!, and Adecco worldwide.

Led by CEO Oliver Muhr, zvoove is a provider of SaaS solutions for personnel and building service providers in Europe. In a dynamic ecosystem of service providers, employees and companies, it improves the world of work through end-to-end digitalization for service providers, more job offers and career opportunities for employees and secure workforce for companies.
