Green Rebates, a Bellevue, WA-based rebate and incentive administration firm for the horticulture trade, acquired Synergy, an organization delivering vitality rebates to indoor horticulture prospects throughout North America.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition will mix Inexperienced Rebates’ horticulture experience with Seinergy’s intensive expertise in vitality incentives and coverage for hashish growers.

Led by CEO and Founder Bob Gunn, Seinergy has been advocating for cultivators on the mission, program and coverage ranges, affecting helpful change with utility program suppliers and vitality regulators alike.
