Fenix24, a Chattanooga, a TN-based cyber catastrophe restoration agency, acquired vArmour, a San Mateo, CA-based supplier of Utility Relationship Administration software program.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

This strategic acquisition will improve the capabilities of Fenix24’s latest battalion, Argos99, which helps enhance cyber resilience and incident restoration by offering corporations with knowledgeable insights into their very own belongings and infrastructure each in peacetime and wartime.

vArmour enabled companies worldwide to boost their resilience via efficient understanding of the relationships between their purposes, IT infrastructure and repair habits. Utilized by a few of the world’s largest monetary establishments and telecom suppliers, vArmour has raised greater than $300 million in funding and holds 40-plus patents which have outlined the visualization and segmentation industries. These patents are actually a part of Argos99’s patent portfolio. Moreover, Fenix24 will now work with former vArmour prospects to re-engage them with the enriched Argos99 platform and enhance infrastructure visibility.
