ESR and Colt DCS collaborate on major data centre in Osaka

Preparations for the positioning are presently underway, with building anticipated to begin in 2027 and operational readiness projected for late 2029. This formidable timeline displays the three way partnership’s dedication to delivering well timed and high-quality options.

This strategic alliance harnesses Colt DCS’s unparalleled operational proficiency, amassed via over 25 years inside Japan, alongside ESR’s distinguished in-market improvement acumen. Collectively, they goal to ship superior knowledge centre options. The Minoh website covers 140,000 sq. metres of land, already acquired and rezoned in collaboration with the native authorities.
