Dedagroup, a Trento, Italy-based IT participant, acquired Quod Orbit, a London, UK-based steady controls monitoring (CCM) agency.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

Led by CEO Martin Greenfield, Quod Orbis gives a CCM platform that gives a whole and fixed visibility into an organization’s cybersecurity, compliance, and danger posture. It automates and improves the effectiveness of controls and helps the audit of huge IT environments.
