Crisp, a NYC-based supplier of retail knowledge options, acquired Shelf Engine, a Seattle, WA-based synthetic intelligence firm specializing in demand forecasting and automatic ordering.
The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.
With the acquisition, Crisp will combine Shelf Engine’s algorithms onto its collaborative commerce platform, serving to retailers to optimize in-stock stock throughout retailers, scale back meals waste, enhance shelf administration, and drive income in an more and more margin-sensitive retail setting.
