Cobalt Service Partners Buys Digi Security Systems

Cobalt Service Partners, a NYC-based industrial entry options platform backed by Alpine Buyers, introduced its acquisition of Digi Safety Techniques, a Tulsa, OK-based industrial safety integrator.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Cobalt Providers Companions will broaden its choices.

Based in 2003 by President Joshua Herron, Digi is a industrial safety integration firm that designs, installs, and companies safety options to prospects of all sizes and industries, taking care to create safer communities throughout the area and past.
