
Certerra, a Rancho Cucamonga, CA-based supplier of technology-enabled testing, inspection, and certification providers for essential infrastructure, acquired Tierra, a Tampa, FL-based geotechnical and supplies engineering agency.
The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will improve Certerra’s presence within the Southeast and can present each corporations with further alternatives to develop and higher serve their purchasers.
Tierra gives geotechnical and supplies engineering, development inspection and testing, subsurface exploratory drilling, environmental consulting, and constructing envelope testing providers. The agency operates from three CMEC-certified and FDOT-qualified laboratory amenities positioned in Tampa, Orlando, and Pensacola, FL.
The corporate has over 210 staff.
