
Capillary Technologies, a Bengaluru, India-based AI-powered loyalty administration firm, acquired Kognitiv, a Toronto, Canada-based firm providing clever, omnichannel loyalty options.
The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.
This strategic acquisition marks Capillary’s fourth funding within the loyalty area since 2021, increasing its international presence and strengthening its place within the North American market.
