Armis, a San Francisco, CA-based cyber publicity administration and safety firm, acquired Otorio, a Tel aviv, Israel-based supplier of OT (Operational Know-how) and CPS (Cyber Bodily Methods) safety.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Otorio’s Titan platform can be built-in into Armis’ Centrix™ cloud-based cyber publicity administration platform to increase its OT/CPS suite and provide an on-premises CPS resolution for organizations or segments of a company’s atmosphere which can be airgapped or sequestered from on-line entry.

Based in 2018 by co-founders Daniel Bren and Yair Attar, Otorio has deep area technical experience, securing heavy business and demanding infrastructure with clients throughout the globe in industries like oil and gasoline, utilities, manufacturing and extra.
