Apryse Acquires Scanbot SDK and Accusoft

Apryse, a Denver, CO-based firm which focuses on digital doc processing expertise, acquired Scanbot SDK, a mobile-first supplier of information seize options, and Accusoft, a supplier of imaging and doc options.

The quantity of the offers weren’t disclosed.

With the acquisitions, Apryse will broaden its choices.

Led byCEO Christoph Wagner, Scanbot SDK is a a mobile-first supplier of high-performance information seize options for barcode scanning, doc scanning and optical character recognition (OCR). It permits clients to seize and course of data from cellular units on the edge, with adoption within the logistics, healthcare, transportation and public sectors.

Led by CEO Jack Berlin, Accusoft is a supplier of imaging and doc options providing picture manipulation, barcode recognition and type subject extraction. It has buyer relationships in important and document-reliant industries together with healthcare, authorities, insurance coverage and finance.

Led by CEO Cassidy Smirnow, Apryse, beforehand often known as PDFTron, focuses on doc processing expertise. It offers builders, enterprise clients, and small companies the instruments to succeed in their doc objectives.
