(Bloomberg) — Amazon’s cloud companies chief says the corporate is aggressively increasing server farms globally and trying to enhance entry to the most recent AI chips from Nvidia Company.

Amazon Net Providers (AWS), the world’s largest vendor of rented computing energy and information storage, opened a cluster of information facilities in Mexico earlier this 12 months, AWS Chief Govt Officer Matt Garman stated Friday in an interview with Bloomberg Tv. The cloud division can also be constructing out new amenities in Chile, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and Taiwan, Garman stated.
