Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has acquired True North Solutions, a Calgary, Canada-based supplier of business engineering options.
The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.
True North Options expands Accenture’s experience in operational know-how (OT) for purchasers within the oil and gasoline and mining industries. Accenture can even work with the True North Options staff to engineer and fee new discipline operations and services the place OT and IT are seamlessly built-in and processes are digitized from the beginning.
