Workstaff, a Montréal, Canada-based supplier of workforce administration instruments for companies that handle short-term and versatile workers, raised $1.6M CAD in Seed funding.

Backers included Impulsion PME, a Gouvernement du Québec program managed by Investissement Québec, and Anges Québec.

The corporate intends to make use of the funds to proceed increasing into international markets and improve its product providing that helps firms discover, schedule, and handle short-term and versatile workers. 

Led by CEO Nick Dauchez, Workstaff is a supplier of cloud-based workforce administration instruments, empowering companies to handle their on-demand workforce. Its scheduling software program, paired with a cellular app and real-time notifications, retains workers knowledgeable and engaged, with options optimize scheduling for max flexibility.

Its options embody workers onboarding, reserving and scheduling, built-in messaging and open shift publishing. This seed spherical will assist Workstaff’s ongoing improvement of a market centered on matching short-term work with accessible staff. {The marketplace} will assist scale back labour shortages by empowering firms to shortly discover and interact expertise, offering real-time entry to labour, and decreasing time spent discovering and onboarding versatile workers.
