Voltage Park, a San Francisco, CA-based GPU-as-a-service (GPUaaS) firm with on-demand and reserved naked metallic AI infrastructure, acquired TensorDock, a Boston, MA-based GPU cloud market.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Voltage Park will improve ship GPU cloud options for innovators and companies of each measurement, from coaching on premium H100 infrastructure to inference and mannequin internet hosting utilizing prime client GPU chips.

This collaboration generate new prospects for each Voltage Park and TensorDock prospects:

  • The TensorDock GPU market platform will proceed to function as enterprise as standard, with the improved functionality to scale, from a A4000 RTX GPU to an NVIDIA SuperPod cluster.
  • As a part of this transition, Jonathon Lei, founding father of TensorDock, has moved into the function of Normal Supervisor of On-Demand at Voltage Park. Additionally, Melissa Du, beforehand Director of Buyer Expertise at Voltage Park, will now lead TensorDock as Normal Supervisor. As properly, Jaden Wang advances to Lead Engineer, TensorDock.

TensorDock is a GPU cloud market that gives shoppers entry to high-performance GPU and CPU cloud providers used for synthetic intelligence, deep studying, and rendering workloads.

Led by Ozan Kaya, CEO, Voltage Park supplies AI infrastructure that gives on-demand or reserved naked metallic entry utilizing NVIDIA H100 GPUs, empowering innovators with entry to safe computing backed by top-tier help.
