Vodafone, Damac to establish data center in İzmir

Vodafone Türkiye and Emirati agency Damac have teamed as much as set up a knowledge heart within the Turkish western province of İzmir with an funding of as much as $100 million.

“As Vodafone ecosystem, our contribution to the Turkish GDP within the 2022-23 fiscal 12 months was 68 billion liras,” he added.

“Our intention with this strategic partnership [with Damac) is to develop knowledge heart amenities in Türkiye and different world markets,” he added.

For his half, Aqil Ali, senior vice chairman at Damac, stated that this three way partnership is an enormous milestone for Damac and can present an necessary digital infrastructure within the rising market on the west coast of Türkiye.
