Normal Chartered has been appointed because the Mandated Lead Arranger and Hedging Financial institution for a EUR 210 million financing facility to develop the Marienpark Knowledge Centre Campus in Berlin. The undertaking by VIRTUS Knowledge Centres will function 4 purpose-built knowledge centre buildings, providing as much as 57.6 MW of IT capability over 19,000 sq. metres of technical area.

The campus is designed for scalability and suppleness, supporting hyperscale prospects in addition to authorities and enterprise shoppers with safe, high-performance, and future-ready knowledge centre options. The enlargement aligns with VIRTUS’s deal with supporting digital infrastructure development.

VIRTUS operates knowledge centres throughout key European markets, together with London, Berlin, and Milan. As a part of ST Telemedia World Knowledge Centres (STT GDC), VIRTUS is a part of a worldwide platform with over 100 knowledge centres and greater than 2GW of IT load throughout 12 geographies.

The brand new campus goals to offer energy-efficient and adaptable services to fulfill diversified buyer necessities.
