Vertiv has acquired Waylay NV, a Belgium-based developer of hyper-automation and AI software program platforms, in a transfer to deepen AI-driven monitoring, predictive companies, and efficiency optimisation throughout its energy and cooling programs.

The corporate stated the deal will strengthen its means to assist prospects enhance uptime, optimise power utilization, and improve operational intelligence throughout vital digital infrastructure, as AI workloads proceed to drive larger densities and extra demanding thermal and energy profiles in information centres.

“With the addition of Waylay’s expertise and software-focused group, Vertiv will speed up its imaginative and prescient of clever infrastructure – data-driven, proactive, and optimised for the world’s most demanding environments,” stated Vertiv’s CEO, Giordano Albertazzi.
