Edge AI {hardware} producer Unigen has launched its DDR5 household of high-performance reminiscence modules to deal with rising calls for for bandwidth, capability and energy effectivity in compute, storage, networking, AI and industrial purposes.

The DDR5 modules embrace Registered DIMM (RDIMM) choices with capacities as much as 64GB and speeds of 5600 MT/s, out there in customary and Very Low Profile (VLP) kind components.

VLP RDIMMs, at simply 18.75mm in top, are designed for space-constrained environments like 1U blade servers.

Unigen emphasizes provide chain continuity with multi-sourced, server-grade DRAM and affords enhanced options reminiscent of conformal coating and industrial temperature help.

The corporate offers high-volume manufacturing capabilities inside the U.S. for purchasers needing home meeting and sourcing.

Unigen not too long ago unveiled edge AI servers and HPC options at SC24.
