TSMC gets $6.6 billion in CHIPS funding for third Arizona fab

The three fabs, which can be located close to Phoenix, will every manufacture various kinds of chips, in accordance with TSMC’s assertion. The second, slated to open in 2028, will produce 2nm and 3nm chips, whereas the third will cowl 2nm and much more superior chip designs.
