Switchee, a London, UK-based social housing know-how supplier, raised £5m in funding.
Backers included Octopus Ventures, and present investor AXA IM Alts.
This announcement follows Switchee securing in Could 2023 a £6.5 million funding financing led by AXA IM Alts.
Led by Tom Robins, Chief Government Officer, and Adam Fudakowski, Founder and Government Director, Switchee gives tens of hundreds of high-tech gadgets to over 130 social housing suppliers, serving to hold houses heat, secure and sustainable for residents. This contains serving to establish and forestall mould in houses, reducing heating payments, and bettering communications between residents and suppliers via a two-way platform.
This new funding will additional speed up the corporate’s development. Switchee will proceed to serve housing suppliers with developments which may also be made in its Trusted Installer Community.
