Splash, a San Diego, CA-based startup aiming to remodel the pool service business, closed a $4.5m pre-seed funding spherical.
The spherical was led by Uneven Capital Companions, with participation from Sam Lessin, Kaz Nejatian, Austen Allred, Andrew Wilkinson, Tiny.com, Rahul Vohra, Oren Zaslansky, David Hauser, Dan Bomze, and Sander Daniels, amongst others.
Based by Jeremy Yamaguchi, Splash goals to accumulate lots of of small pool cleansing corporations and set up the primary nationwide model in pool service. The corporate has already accomplished its first acquisition in Southern California and has plans for speedy enlargement.
The ventures’ three-step playbook includes buying pool cleansing corporations, integrating vertical software program to optimize operations and buyer expertise, and reinvesting money flows to speed up additional acquisitions and progress.
