SamaCare Raises $17M in Series B Funding

SamaCare, a San Francisco, CA-based supplier of a cloud-based affected person entry platform for specialty drugs, raised $17M in Collection B funding.

The spherical was led by Questa Capital, with participation from current buyers Vive Collective and South Park Commons.

The corporate intends to make use of the funds to speed up product growth of its one-stop affected person entry platform.

Led by CEO and Founder Syam Palakurthy, SamaCare supplies pharmaceutical producers, suppliers, payors, and different stakeholders with a cloud-based workflow automation platform for medical practices to streamline specialty drug prior authorization, enrollment, and profit verification. As well as, it delivers premium providers and knowledge analytics for pharmaceutical manufacturers to enhance entry to remedy.

SamaCare at the moment works with retina, oncology, neurology, and rheumatology practices that account for over $20 Billion in annual specialty drug spend and continues to develop rapidly.
