Redwire Acquires Edge Autonomy

Jacksonville, FL-based Redwire Corporation (NYSE: RDW) ) acquired Edge Autonomy Intermediate Holdings, LLC, along with its subsidiaries, a San Luis Obispo, CA-based supplier of field-proven uncrewed airborne system (“UAS”) know-how.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Redwire Company will increase its choices.

Edge Autonomy supplies autonomous techniques, superior optics, and resilient vitality options to the U.S. Division of Protection, U.S. Federal Civilian Companies, allied governments, educational establishments, and industrial entities. Its uncrewed applied sciences are utilized in almost 80 international locations by authorities, industrial, and educational clients.
