Redcentric to sell data centre arm to Stellanor

Redcentric plc, a UK-based managed service supplier, has agreed to promote its devoted knowledge centre enterprise to Stellanor Datacenters Group, with the deal mentioned to be price as much as £127 million.

Till the deal is closed, Redcentric plans to proceed working RDC as a carved-out operation whereas finalising separation, regulatory, financing and property processes.
