Qwilt and Corix boost edge network capacity across NA and Europe

Qwilt and Corix introduced a strategic partnership to reinforce content material supply throughout North America and Europe utilizing Qwilt’s Open Edge expertise. 

Corix will broaden its community capability by 6.2Tbps, bettering latency, lowering congestion, and guaranteeing seamless person experiences. 

The partnership helps Qwilt’s aim of onboarding extra ISPs into its federated international community, which already consists of over 175 service suppliers and content material publishers. 

Qwilt’s Open Edge expertise powers a distributed edge cloud with over 1,000 Factors of Presence (PoPs) serving greater than a billion subscribers globally. 

Corix will provide premium caching companies for content material publishers, unlocking new income alternatives whereas enhancing efficiency and reliability.
