Quantum Circuits, a New Haven, CT-based developer of quantum computer systems, raised over $60M in Collection B funding.
The spherical was led by ARCH Enterprise Companions, F-Prime Capital, Sequoia Capital, and Hither Creek Ventures with participation from Canaan Companions, Fitz Gate Ventures, In-Q-Tel (IQT), Osage College Companions, Connecticut Improvements, Tao Capital Companions, and Tribeca Enterprise Companions.
The corporate intends to make use of the funds to commercialize its quantum techniques.
Led by co-founder and CSO Rob Schoelkopf and CEO and President Ray Smets, Quantum Circuits develops quantum computer systems designed to scale. Its structure integrates high-fidelity qubits with intrinsic error detection and dealing with. Excessive-fidelity error detection is a key part to decreasing the variety of bodily qubits mandatory to construct a helpful quantum pc, thus accelerating the timeline to fault-tolerant quantum computing and real-world functions.
Quantum Circuits is a spinout from Yale College.
