Payroc Completes Acquisition of Agilisa Technologies

Payroc, a Tinley Park, IL-based service provider acquirer processor and fee integrations firm, accomplished the acquisition of Agilisa Applied sciences, an API-centric fee gateway headquartered in Santo Domingo.

The quantity of the deal was not disclosed.

This acquisition will mix Agilisa’s gateway that enhance safe transactions to retail, e-commerce, and repair suppliers with Payroc’s processing community.

Led by CEO Javier Sánchez, Agilisa Applied sciences is a fee gateway firm with a developer-first strategy, clear pricing, and API tooling. Serving retailers, ISOs, and software program integrators, it improves a safe fee processing throughout retail, e-commerce, and repair industries.

Led by CEO Jim Oberman, Payroc WorldAccess is a service provider acquirer, processor and fee integrations firm that gives gross sales enablement and fee processing expertise on a worldwide scale, delivering proprietary, modern and full-service service provider buying options along with key card model community fee sponsorship registrations. It (by way of its subsidiaries) is a registered Visa third-party processor, a Visa impartial gross sales group, a Mastercard third-party and member service supplier, a fee facilitator, an encryption assist group for Fifth Third Financial institution, Nationwide Affiliation (“Fifth Third”) and, in Canada, is registered with Peoples Belief Firm, amongst many others.
