Patmos Internet hosting, a supplier of web infrastructure and knowledge internet hosting providers, has secured a $100 million C-PACE mortgage from PACE Mortgage Group. The funding will help the redevelopment of the previous Kansas Metropolis Star constructing into an AI-focused campus.

The campus, overlaying 421,112 sq. toes over 4 tales, is deliberate to serve high-density GPU, HPC, and AI infrastructure corporations. Development started in late 2024, with Patmos finishing the preliminary 5MW capability in beneath 90 days, adopted by a further 7MW shortly afterward.
