One Cease Programs (OSS), a high-performance edge computing system supplier, introduced $6 million in contract renewals with the U.S. Division of Protection for 2 packages.

A $4 million contract helps radar processing on the P-8A Poseidon Plane, together with a 5-year help extension and tech upgrades. The P-8A contract consists of high-capacity NVMe flash storage programs and software program for real-time information assortment and safe transport.

A $2 million contract upgrades sonar sensor processing for the Virginia Class Submarine, extending OSS’s function as a sole-source provider since 2010. The Virginia Class Submarine challenge entails upgrading PCIe accelerator programs to help sonar processing for a minimum of one other 10 years.

“We’re happy to announce two program renewals, highlighting our recurring incumbent platform positions and the confirmed {hardware} and software program capabilities we’ve got created for demanding army functions,” states OSS President and CEO, Mike Knowles. “These longstanding packages face periodic expertise improve cycles, and receiving contract renewals is a testomony to the continuous worth we offer in delivering high-performance edge computing options. These platform positions are important parts of our long-term strategic plan, and primarily based on our present pipeline, we hope to announce further platform alternatives within the coming quarters.”

OSS focuses on ruggedized AI-enabled compute and storage options for demanding army and industrial functions.

Manufacturing and design for these contracts are anticipated to happen within the second half of 2025.

These renewals spotlight OSS’s management in high-performance edge computing and its strategic function in long-term protection packages. It additionally validates the long-term demand for high-performance edge computing in protection and suggests continued funding in AI-driven, low-latency, ruggedized options. The improvements rising from these army functions will doubtless cascade into industrial and industrial edge deployments, influencing future edge AI, storage, and processing architectures.
