OnLogic and NodeWeaver collaborate to enhance edge computing efficiency and flexibility

OnLogic, creators of highly-configurable computer systems designed for reliability on the edge,  has joined forces with NodeWeaver, a software-defined “nano-cloud” working platform.

The mix of OnLogic’s {hardware} with NodeWeaver’s edge working platform simplifies the deployment, administration, and orchestration of infrastructure and purposes on the distributed edge, and minimizes the overall lifecycle price of edge compute deployments.

The NodeWeaver platform runs on the naked steel of any x86_64 {hardware}, and allows the deployment of scalable, versatile, and performant compute clusters, attaining full redundancy and platform-level excessive availability with as few as two nodes. This flexibility permits companies to “right-size” their edge deployments, choosing the optimum {hardware} configuration primarily based on their particular necessities.
