NVIDIA and neocloud Nebius introduced a strategic partnership to develop next-generation hyperscale AI cloud options for AI-native firms and enterprises.

NVIDIA is ready to speculate $2 billion into Nebius, which is able to enable the corporate to deploy greater than 5 gigawatts of NVIDIA programs by 2030.

“AI is at one other inflection level – agentic AI, driving unimaginable compute demand and accelerating infrastructure buildout, ” says Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. “Nebius is constructing an AI cloud designed for the agentic period, totally built-in from silicon to software program and powered by NVIDIA’s next-generation accelerated compute. Collectively, we’re scaling the cloud to satisfy the surging world demand for intelligence.”

The collaboration contains joint efforts in AI manufacturing unit design, inference optimization, AI infrastructure deployment and fleet administration.

Nebius will use the newest NVIDIA applied sciences such because the Rubin platform, Vera CPUs and BlueField storage programs. This additional helps to satisfy the growing world want of decentralized excessive efficiency AI computing and agentic AI.

Nebius’s AI cloud is an infrastructure designed round synthetic intelligence functions, incorporating options from silicon by way of software program.

NVIDIA’s funding in Nebius alerts the acceleration of the neocloud period, the place AI-native cloud suppliers emerge alongside hyperscalers to satisfy surging demand for GPU-accelerated compute. The partnership displays a shift towards full-stack, vertically built-in AI infrastructure from silicon to software program to cloud and highlights the necessity for enormous new capability, with plans for five GW of NVIDIA-based programs underscoring how energy, cooling, and regional deployment have gotten the first constraints.
