Edge safety firm NetFoundry introduced a $12 million funding led by SYN Ventures to revolutionize safe networking with a software-based, secure-by-design mannequin.

The corporate serves eight of the highest 10 US banks and demanding infrastructure throughout three continents, providing military-grade safety with simplified operations. NetFoundry’s “network-as-code” strategy eliminates conventional WAN/SASE/firewall dependencies, enabling fast deployment and robust safety for enterprises.

“That is the iPhone second for safe networking,”says Galeal Zino, founder and CEO of NetFoundry. “NetFoundry’s strategy is revolutionary in that it permits military-grade safety, however with the pace and extensibility of software program. Organizations can not tolerate the trade-offs of WAN/SASE/firewall structure – that outdated mannequin is shredded by an AI-accelerated world.”

Main firms like Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, and the US army embed NetFoundry’s zero belief networking of their merchandise utilizing an OEM mannequin. The platform helps use instances, together with monetary providers, army drones, and industrial automation, with end-to-end encryption and sovereign endpoint keys.

NetFoundry can also be the creator of OpenZiti, broadly used open-source zero belief software program for safe connectivity throughout networks.

The funding positions NetFoundry as a frontrunner in safe networking, addressing the rising want for infrastructure-independent, safe platforms within the AI period.
